Job description
Optimal Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength and mobility in their homes across the Saginaw, MI area. You will perform one-on-one rehabilitation, assess functional abilities, and create personalized plans to improve mobility, balance, and safety.
Role requires a Master’s/doctoral PT, current state license, and at least 1 year of experience. Travel within the service area is daily; benefits include PTO, insurance, and retirement options.
