Job description
Havasu Regional Medical Center Home Health, part of the Optum family, is hiring a Physical Therapist in Lake Havasu City. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve mobility and function in home health settings.
This full-time role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, competitive pay per visit and hourly rates, and comprehensive benefits. A valid PT license and driver’s license are required to join a mission-driven team.
