Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role delivering home health visits across designated territories in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. New grads are welcome and mentorship is available to ensure success.
You will assess patients, develop and revise care plans, perform therapeutic interventions, educate families, and document in a state-of-the-art EMR tablet while coordinating with nursing for multidisciplinary care.
