Job description
Deaconess Home Health in Jasper, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the team on a part-time basis. The role offers 3 days per week with 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and mileage reimbursement (58.5 cents per mile); there are no after-hours on-call requirements.
The PT will provide in-home therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to promote rehabilitation and functional mobility.
