Job description
Ability Care Services is seeking a Registered Physical Therapist to provide home health services on a part-time, per-visit basis. You will evaluate patients in their homes and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
Responsibilities include start-of-care visits, mobility and strength assessments, and coordinating progress with caregivers, physicians, and the agency. A Florida license and reliable transportation are required.
