Job description
Dedicated Home Health - FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home-based evaluations, assessments and treatments for patients in their homes across Florida. This per-diem position requires an active Florida PT license, CPR certification, and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
You will perform timely evaluations and interventions, coordinate with families and care teams, and support Medicare Home Health guidelines.
