Compassionate Home Health Ltd is seeking a motivated and dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in Roseville, California. This role focuses on providing in-home therapy to enhance patient independence, mobility, and quality of life.
You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Candidates should possess an accredited Physical Therapy degree, a California license, and CPR certification.
The position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay between $75.00 and $95.00 per hour.
