Job description
AMERICAN HOME HEALTH AGENCY is seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team on a PRN basis across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. You will work closely with patients to guide exercises, monitor progress, and encourage recovery in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities include reviewing and updating treatment plans, recording accurate patient records, setting up equipment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and promoting a positive, empowering atmosphere
