Job description
CRS & Home Health Advantage in Illinois is seeking physical therapy PRN staff for home health assignments in New Lenox and surrounding areas.
Licensed Physical Therapists with up-to-date credentials, excellent bedside manner, solid documentation habits, and the ability to work independently are encouraged to apply; prior experience is a plus, and training on Axxess or TherapyBoss will be provided.
