Job description
Pathwell Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance strength for patients in Stratford and surrounding areas.
The role requires CT licensure and a background in physical therapy, with preference for home health experience and bilingual Spanish skills. You will collaborate with clients, families, and physicians to customize treatment and document progress in electronic records.
