Job description
Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver skilled PT in patients' homes across Chico, Oroville, and Marysville with a flexible schedule. You will assess mobility, design personalized plans, and guide patients and families in safe, independent living.
Requires a DPT or Master’s in PT, active CA license, CPR, and at least 1 year in home health. Valid driver’s license and strong communication are essential for collaboration with care teams.
