Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care, helping patients regain strength and independence under the supervision of the Clinical Manager.
You will assess patients, plan and implement rehabilitation programs, supervise PTAs and Home Health Aides, and document progress while communicating with physicians, patients, and families.
