Job description
Geisinger Home Health Danville, part of LHC Group, seeks a Physical Therapist to perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to improve patient well-being in home settings. You will evaluate progress and coordinate with the care team.
Role requires active Physical Therapy licensure in the state, a valid driver's license or access to transportation, and CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Excellent patient-centered care is essential.
