Job description

CenterWell Home Health in Pullman, WA is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver in-home physical therapy, helping patients regain strength and independence.

You will plan, implement and document treatment plans, supervise PTAs and home health aides, and coordinate with physicians and care teams. A state PT license and CPR are required, with relocation or sign-on benefits available.
