Job description
VNA Care is hiring a Physical Therapist for home health visits in Peabody, Lynnfield, and Wakefield. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and an extensive orientation program.
You will provide PT services in patients' homes under Clinical Manager supervision, with driving within a designated territory. Requirements include MA PT license, 1 year of PT experience (home health preferred), and strong interpersonal skills.
