Job description
Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Adrian, MI area to deliver home health services. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide in-home physical therapy within an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements include APTA-approved program completion, an unrestricted MI PT license, and at least 1 year in a healthcare setting. Travel between patient homes is required with reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
