Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Idaho is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to administer the physical therapy plan in patients' homes, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, focusing on functional improvement and compassionate, personalized care.
This full-time role requires a current state PT license, CPR, valid driver's license, and strong teamwork with other healthcare professionals. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with a 40-hour work week and home-based visits.
