Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in‑home therapy to patients in Pittsfield, MA, reporting to the Clinical Manager. You will help patients regain strength, mobility and independence through personalized care delivered in the home setting.
Responsibilities include administering PT treatment plans, documenting records, and coordinating with the clinical team while maintaining infection control and safety standards.
