Job description
Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health PTA in Winston-Salem, NC. The PTA will deliver 1:1 physical therapy in home settings with supervision from a licensed Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities include documenting care, coordinating equipment, and communicating progress to the PT of record. PRN, weekly home visits offer flexible scheduling within Forsyth County.
