Able Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. This role delivers rehabilitative care in patients’ homes, balancing clinical responsibilities with flexible, patient-centered service.
Travel to patient homes on a scheduled caseload, collaborate with the supervising PT, and ensure compliant documentation and high-quality care across our San Diego service area.
