Job description
Well Care Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home therapy, support patients across ages, and work under the Clinical Manager. You will join a team dedicated to excellence and community health.
The role requires an active PTA license in NC or SC and an Associate Degree, with at least 6 months of home health experience. You will educate families, document care, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.
