Job description
Halcyon Home LLC in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join a supportive team. This full-time position offers competitive pay and focuses on delivering high-quality care to our geriatric home health patients.
The ideal candidate will possess a current PTA license and ideally have home health experience. Responsibilities include performing clinical assessments and collaborating on care plans. Candidates with experience using Homecare Homebase software will be preferred.
