We're currently looking for a Home Health PTA for a Home Health contract.Job Details: Job Title: Home Health PTA Location: Pottsville, PA Setting: Home Health Pay Range: Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: 1 year of Medicare certified Home Health experience. HomeCare HomeBase EMR experience highly preferred. Responsibilities:Provide physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting.Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.Document patient progress and report to supervising clinicians.Educate patients and caregivers on therapy exercises and injury prevention.Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
