Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Florida is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients at home under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will implement the treatment plan and document progress with the care team.
You should have a current Physical Therapy license, CPR, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to patients' homes. The role offers a pay range of $41–$57 per visit and full-time hours.
