Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position. You will administer the physical therapy plan under the supervising PT, deliver exercises and modalities in patients' homes, and document care weekly.
You will coordinate with the Physical Therapist and Branch Director, ensuring infection control and safety protocols are followed. A valid PT license, driver's license, CPR, and English proficiency are required.
