Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to support patients at home under a Physical Therapist's supervision. You will administer prescribed therapies to help patients regain strength and independence.
This full-time role requires a state license, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and strong teamwork. Expect 40 hours per week with a pay range of $64,000–$87,500 per year in the New York area.
