Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home physical therapy services in Cayuga County. You will implement PT plans, document progress, and participate in departmental in-services while coordinating with the Physical Therapist and Clinical Manager.
The role requires a current Physical Therapy license, valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and English fluency.
