Job description
Elara Caring is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home-based care team. You will provide direct physical therapy services, follow the Plan of Care under supervision, and help patients maintain function in their own homes across our coverage area.
The role requires the PTA license valid for the state, 6+ months of experience preferred, and the ability to travel up to 50% with a vehicle and insurance. We offer a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
