Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified nurse or physical therapist to review and approve patient information for start of care and ongoing care visits. You will train LPs on documentation and uphold regulatory standards while fostering strong relationships with referrals, patients, caregivers and staff.
A valid nursing or PT license, CPR, and a year of Home Health/Hospice experience are required. In-office attendance is essential to support supervision and teamwork. #J-18808-Ljbffr
