Job description
Carolinas Medical Center at Home, LLC, part of Atrium Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in patients’ homes. Assess health needs, monitor progress, document care, administer prescribed treatments and medications, and educate patients and caregivers. Coordinate individualized care plans with multidisciplinary teams and use technology-enabled services to support accessible, high-quality care.
