Job description
Aveanna Healthcare seeks an In Home Health Care RN to provide high-acuity nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, manage complex clinical conditions, administer medications and treatments, and operate advanced medical equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes. Responsibilities include developing and updating care plans, educating families, collaborating with physicians and therapists, and documenting care accurately.
