Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Pennsylvania seeks a licensed nurse to deliver skilled home health care. You will administer nursing care in patients' homes, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the health care team to follow physician orders and the established plan of care.
Requirements include an active RN license, at least one year of licensed experience, and basic tech skills; Medicare/home health experience is preferred.
