Job description
Addus Family company is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality in-home care to elderly, chronically ill, and disabled patients. In this full-time role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and family members. You will educate patients and families on disease management and safety, document care according to regulatory and company standards, and support quality and compliance initiatives within our mission-driven, patient-focused culture.
