Job description
Carolinas Medical Center at Home, LLC, part of Atrium Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Weekend Program. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in patients’ homes, assessing health needs, monitoring changes, administering treatments, and documenting care. Partner with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services, explain care plans, and support safe recovery at home.
