Job description
AccentCare seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide weekend home health visits to adult and geriatric patients. In this role, you will complete in‑home assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and provide wound care and IV therapy as needed. You will coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, high‑quality care. RNs educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and home safety, while accurately documenting in an EHR system and adhering to strict quality and infection‑control standards.
