Job description
Anthem Hospice Of Oklahoma City Llc seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will follow physician orders within a comprehensive plan of care, assess patient needs, document health status, and communicate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, adherence to agency policies, and timely completion of documentation and care plans. A valid Oklahoma RN license is mandatory to practice.
