Job description
Appone is seeking a registered nurse to plan, organize and direct home care services, with emphasis on community health education and home-based nursing. The role requires active RN licensure in California, CPR certification, and a year of home health experience.
The nurse will assess patients, develop and revise care plans, administer medications, counsel families, and coordinate care with physicians and health workers in the community.
