Job description

Maury Regional Health in Columbia, TN seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Home Health. The RN will provide therapeutic care in patients' homes, coordinate services, and ensure continuity of care, leveraging strong nursing process knowledge and leadership. On-call may be required.

Valid TN RN license is required; Driver's license and reliable transportation; Associates in Nursing preferred; 1 year of nursing/home health experience preferred.
