Pay:

$2366 / Week\ N Hours: 40.00\ N Location: Waynesville, NC\ N

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’s home or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home during appointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.

\ NMinimum Requirements:

\ N Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the RN will practice

\ N One year of home healthnursing experience preferred

\ N Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

\ N Current CPR if applicable

\ N TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

\ N Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

\ N Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

\ N Must be at least 18 years of age
