Home Health Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)
Delray Beach, FL
nWe’re hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) who wants a leadership role with a predictable weekday schedule, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to guide an established nursing team.
nYou’ll step into a home health clinical leadership role overseeing approximately 10 nurses and supporting a census of about 100 patients. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing while using your home health and OASIS experience to support clinical quality, nursing performance, and exceptional patient care.

n• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Minimal on-call coverage as needed
• Lead a team of approximately 10 nurses

nCompensation & Benefits
n• Base salary: $80,000–$90,000
• Health insurance: Employer pays 50%
