Job description
Ability Care Services is seeking a Registered Physical Therapist for home health, part-time, PRN. You will assess patients, start care with face-to-face visits, and perform evaluations including vital signs and mobility review.
Responsibilities include setting strength-building goals, reporting progress to caregivers and physicians, and supervising CPAs as appropriate. Requires FL RPT license, reliable transportation, and Level II background check.
