Job description
Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking nurses for their Visiting Health Services in Woodland Park, Colorado. This role allows you to deliver personalized home health care to patients, focusing on one individual at a time. You will be part of a dedicated team providing crucial support and resources to patients in their homes.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Nursing and at least six months of RN experience or one year of LPN experience, preferably in home care. A NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License and AHA certification are required.
