Job description
Hackensack Meridian Health At Home is hiring a skilled home health nurse to deliver professional care in patients’ homes. Focus on one patient at a time, enjoying meaningful 1:1 time with patients, with a flexible schedule and reduced on-site distractions.
You will work under VHSNJ, a partnership with St. Joseph's Health, delivering high-quality home health and hospice services across Passaic, Bergen, and parts of Morris counties. NJ RN/LPN experience and NJ license required.
