Job description
Hackensack Meridian Health At Home is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to provide in-home nursing care, focusing on one patient at a time. You will work in patients' homes, offering a flexible schedule with fewer distractions and meaningful patient interactions.
Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing, with 6 months RN or 1 year LPN experience, and PC skills. BSN is preferred; NJ RN license and BLS/HCP certification are required.
