Job description
Residential Home Health and Hospice in Mount Vernon, IL is hiring a registered nurse (RN) for a Home Health position. This role offers autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and opportunities for growth. You will deliver skilled care and have the chance to earn a $10,000 first year success bonus.
You will perform patient assessments, manage medications, educate patients and families, and document accurately in the EMR. Travel to patient homes within your territory is required.
