Job description
Home Health & Hospice Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Greater Nashua, NH area to provide skilled at-home care. This role involves delivering 1:1 patient care, completing assessments (including OASIS), and collaborating with physicians and families to create cost-effective, high-quality care plans.
The nurse will work Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm with weekend/holiday rotation per policy, travel within the territory, and precept students as needed.
