Job description
Covenant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Health. The RN-Home Health will provide professional nursing care to homebound and terminally ill patients, coordinating care plans with other disciplines. Work consists of two 12-hour days starting at 4 pm, with two 12-hour on-call shifts starting at 4 am.
The role reports to a Nursing Clinical Supervisor and includes supervision of LPNs and aides, as well as required on-site/off-site travel within the service area.
