Job description
UnitedHealth Group in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse in Home Health to provide and direct nursing care in patients' homes as prescribed by physicians. The role includes coordination of the plan of care with the health care team, and ensuring continuity of patient care per policy and regulations.
Qualified candidates will hold a current WA RN license, have 1+ years of Home Health experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
