Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide home health care in Prince George's County, MD. You will coordinate the total plan of care with physicians, families, and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
Responsibilities include initiating and revising the plan of care, supervising aides, comprehensive assessments, and compliant documentation. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for external candidates.
