Job description

The RN Admissions Nurse at Friendship Village Home Health provides professional nursing services in accordance with physicians’ orders or plan of care. The role includes performing the initial visit to review admission materials, establishing the plan of care, and coordinating with the patient, physician, and other disciplines involved in care.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
